Keri Bilotti

Keri Bilotti, SPHR, has extensive experience in leadership and training within the corporate sector, currently serving as Officer Vice President of Digital Transformation & Technology and previously as Vice President of Learning and Development at Chick-fil-A Corporate Support Center since June 2007. Keri has held various roles at Chick-fil-A, including Executive Director of Restaurant Training and Director of Training Programs. Prior to Chick-fil-A, Keri worked at Delta Air Lines from December 1996 to May 2007 in multiple capacities, including In-Flight Training Facilitator and Field Service Manager. Keri earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from The University of Georgia.
