Lauren Lepage

Lauren LePage serves as the Learning Strategy Lead at Chick-fil-A Corporate Support Center since October 2017, where responsibilities include developing the Chick-fil-A Learning Agenda, prioritizing learning initiatives, and facilitating outcomes for Learning & Development. Previous roles at Chick-fil-A include Learning Designer and Instructional Designer, where tasks involved detailed learning designs, curriculum creation, and project management. Prior to rejoining Chick-fil-A, Lauren worked as an IT Instructional Designer at Thompson Technologies and as a Learning Technology Contractor at Encadria Staffing Solutions, focusing on eLearning and technical documentation. Early career experiences include serving as a Food Prep Instructor and Manager at Chick-fil-A, as well as a Quality Engineer Summer Intern at Technimark. Lauren holds a B.S. in Textile Engineering with a concentration in Product Engineering from North Carolina State University.
