In 2014, Matthew became the co-owner of Southern Oaks Outdoor Supply, focusing on providing high-quality products and services for outdoor and hunting enthusiasts. At Chick-fil-A Corporate, they held various roles, including Specialist Facilities and Equipment-Existing Restaurants, Lead Advisor Facilities and Equipment, and Principal Program Lead Facilities Management. Matthew is known for their expertise in facilities management, warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics, and customer service.

Matthew T. began their education in 2011 at South Georgia State College, where they earned an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General in 2012. Matthew then continued their studies at Clayton State University from 2012 to 2014, obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing & Supply Chain Management. In 2019, Matthew pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Point University, specializing in Business Transformation. Their MBA journey concluded in 2021.
