Ruby S. has a diverse range of work experience in instructional design and development roles. Ruby started their career as a Learning & Development Specialist at Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Georgia, where they managed new hire orientations and facilitated soft skills training programs. Ruby then moved on to Kaiser Permanente Health Plan of Georgia as an Assistant Manager, where they addressed staff concerns and resolved patient care issues.

Ruby later transitioned into the corporate sector, working at Cox Automotive Inc. as a Senior Instructional Designer, Instructional Designer, and Training Specialist. Ruby designed onboarding programs, leadership development programs, and team huddle training, improving employee retention and performance.

Ruby then joined The Home Depot as an Instructional Designer, where they developed eLearning and instructor-led courses for leadership development. Ruby also worked as a Senior Project Lead at the Chick-fil-A Corporate Support Center.
