Ryan Penso

Ryan Penso has a diverse work experience in the food and beverage industry. Ryan began their career in 2005 as a Food and Beverage Manager at West Paces Hotel Group. From 2010 to 2011, they served as the General Manager of PF Chang's Kuwait at M.H. Alshaya Co. Ryan then transitioned to a role as an Area Manager at M.H. Alshaya Co. from 2012 to 2013. In 2013, they became the Operations Manager of PF Chang's at M.H. Alshaya Co. In 2015, Ryan joined P.F. Chang's and held various leadership positions such as Operations Manager with Global Brand Development and Director of Operations Global Brand Development until 2023. Currently, Ryan serves as the Principal Operations Lead at Chick-fil-A Corporate Support Center since June 2023.

Ryan Penso attended Auburn University from 2002 to 2006, where they pursued Hotel and Restaurant Management within the field of Human Sciences.
