Ryan Rollins

Ryan Rollins is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and operations leadership within the food service industry. Currently serving as a Senior Project Specialist at Chick-fil-A Corporate Support Center since May 2021, Ryan plays a pivotal role as a Scheduling Systems Product Co-Lead, acting as a key liaison between Owner/Operators and scheduling vendor partners, while fostering strong relationships with Customer Success Managers. Prior to this, Ryan held various leadership roles at Chick-fil-A, including Director of Operations and Director, where responsibilities included developing restaurant leadership, managing operational efficiencies, and enhancing team member training. Ryan began a career at The Coca-Cola Company as a Volume Analyst I, effectively managing a substantial portfolio and maintaining high payment currency rates. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the University of Georgia.
