Adriana Masson

Director Technology, Digitization & Data Management at Chicken Farmers of Ontario

Adriana Masson has an extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Adriana started their career as a Software Programmer at Serpro - Serviço Federal de Processamento de Dados in 1990 and worked there until 1999.

In 2000, they joined Data Communication Management as a Software Engineer, where they developed the application architecture and technology stack for a major new business initiative focused on data management.

In 2004, Adriana moved to LoyaltyOne, where they held multiple roles. Adriana started as a Senior Software Engineer, responsible for the development of the Loyalty Rewards reference architecture. Later, they became the Director IT, Loyalty Management Solutions, overseeing all aspects of enterprise architecture and operations for AIR MILES Rewards and multi-partner loyalty systems. Finally, they served as the Director Technology, Global Solutions, responsible for technology strategy, product delivery, and creating a sustainable business strategy.

Currently, Adriana works as the Director Technology, Digitization & Data Management at Chicken Farmers of Ontario, where they collaborate with the executive team and board on strategy formulation and execution. Adriana leads the assessment, upgrading, and development of digital platforms, ERP, data management, analytics, and financial reporting, with a focus on improving velocity, reliability, efficiency, and scale.

Throughout their career, Adriana has demonstrated a forward-thinking and pragmatic approach to achieving long-term objectives while meeting tactical needs. Adriana has also emphasized cross-functional collaboration, accountability, and driving outcomes through metrics and OKRs.

Adriana Masson has obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Economics from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
