Fatima Samson

Fatima Samson has over 20 years of experience in various financial roles. Fatima most recently worked as the Corporate Controller at Chicken Farmers of Ontario, where they were a member of the Senior Leadership Team and reported directly to the CEO. In this role, they were responsible for preparing external annual financial statements and internal quarterly financial statements.

Prior to that, Fatima worked as the Manager of Reporting and Systems Analysis at Parmalat Canada from 2012 to 2014, and as the Manager of Financial Reporting at Cargojet Inc. from 2009 to 2012. Fatima also served as the Assistant Controller at WIS International from 2005 to 2008, and as a Financial Analyst at Mead Johnson Nutrition from 2002 to 2005.

Fatima started their career at Ernst & Young, where they worked as an Associate Auditor, Assurance, specializing in External Audit Services. Fatima worked at Ernst & Young from 1999 to 2002.

Fatima Samson completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from De La Salle University from 1995 to 1999. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in Leadership Development Program (LDP)® from the Center for Creative Leadership in November 2019.
