Stephanie Little has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. In 1996, they started working as a Customer Service/Veterinary Support at ABS Global (Canada Inc.) Currently, they are employed as a Farming Operations Representative at Chicken Farmers of Ontario.

Stephanie Little earned a Diploma in Agriculture from McGill University - Macdonald Campus, specializing in Agriculture, General, from 1991 to 1993. Additionally, they obtained certifications in HACCP II - Plan Development from NSF International in January 2019 and Haccp 1 from NSF International in December 2018.
