Selwyn Joseph

Selwyn Joseph has extensive experience in the food industry, specializing in research and development. Selwyn currently holds the position of Director of Research and Development at Chicken of the Sea, a role they began in November 2021. Prior to this, Selwyn worked at StarKist for 15 years, where they served as a Senior Manager in Research & Development. Selwyn also worked at High Liner Foods for 12 years as a Food Scientist and Product Development Manager. Selwyn's earlier roles include being a Plant Manager at Italian Village Foods from 2000 to 2004 and a Food Technologist at Cobi Foods from 1990 to 1993.

Selwyn Joseph's education history begins in 1984 when they attended St. Xavier's College. Selwyn studied Life Sciences at the college for four years, completing their studies in 1988. Afterward, in 1989, they enrolled at Acadia University and pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science. Selwyn completed their studies at Acadia University in 1992.
