Karen Jordan

Karen Jordan is an experienced restaurant professional currently serving as the Owner/Operator of Chicken Salad Chick since June 2021, focusing on franchise growth in Manatee and Sarasota counties, Florida. Previously, from October 2012 to September 2020, Karen held the position of Director of Field Training at Golden Corral Corporation, where leadership and development of training programs were key responsibilities. Additionally, Karen worked as a Franchise Service Consultant, supporting franchise restaurants across six states and contributing to significant annual sales. Earlier experience includes serving as the Joint Venture General Manager at Panera Bread and various roles at Hardee's Food System, including Franchise Training Consultant and District Manager. Karen holds an Associate's degree in Accounting from Clark State College and furthered education at Indiana University Indianapolis.
