We are ChicRoomProperties, a Boutique Agency specialized in high-end properties in the city of Barcelona and personalized assistance.

The company was founded in 2006 by Patricia Berrocal, an expert in the real estate and tourism sector who, observing the needs of her first international clients who stayed in her tourist apartments, decided to expand her company to always provide the best service and advice. Today it is a leading company in the Spanish real estate sector, serving both domestic and foreign clients.

Offering clients the possibility to manage their property, with the aim of achieving the best rental profitability and / or the best possible sale price with the experience of knowing in depth the current market.

All our properties have been carefully selected thinking about:

*Convenience and comfort.

*Proximity.

*Services and location in safe and exclusive neighborhoods of Barcelona.

Our agents know in depth each point of the city and are trained to provide you with exclusive advice, with a close and friendly treatment.

In our company, cultural and language diversity is not a barrier, because our team has a wide cultural background and know from their own experience how difficult it can be to find an accommodation or property of excellence and quality in a foreign country, especially if you do not know their culture, language or the different areas of the city.

We advise, guide and help in a personalized way to each of our clients during the whole process, so that the search for your property will be a pleasant, simple and easy stay. We put at your disposal our deep knowledge of the local real estate market and our experience of living in Barcelona, to provide a service based on honesty, trust, and close and cordial treatment.
