ChicVillas is based in Angers, in the Loire Valley, and specializes in luxury holiday rentals in France and Spain. We have a portfolio of almost 250 luxurious properties, including around 60 French châteaux.

The company was founded by Alain Le Calvez in 2008. For over twenty years, Alain has made a point of visiting the properties we list. We only offer them to our clients if they meet our high standards and we can guarantee that guests will enjoy the experience they expect.
From Breton villas to Basque Country estates, Provençal houses to Loire Valley châteaux, or seaside Spanish rentals on the Costa Brava, our properties are selected with our clients in mind.

At ChicVillas, we advise our clients as if they were family or friends. Since 2008, 50% of them have returned after their first holiday with us.
