Dustin Cole

Dustin Cole serves as the Director of Engineering at Chief Buildings since August 2016, bringing extensive experience in engineering leadership from previous roles including Vice President of Engineering at Ruffin Building Systems and Vice President of Engineering/Drafting and Technical Standards at NCI Building Systems, Inc. From April 2006 to March 2012, Dustin held the position of Director of Engineering at Star Building Systems. At NCI, key responsibilities included leading the Standards group and overseeing Engineering, Drafting, and Quality Support to address technical issues, as well as advancing the development of systems and tools, policies, and training for employees and builders. Dustin's education was completed at the University of Oklahoma.
