Neil Fletcher

Neil Fletcher is a seasoned management consultant and communications expert, currently serving as the Founder and Principal Consultant at Cassiar Consulting since January 2018, where the focus is on enhancing organizational strategy and communication for various entities, including businesses and NGOs in Yukon. In addition, Neil holds board positions with Tr’ochëk Limited Partnership and Chief Isaac Group of Companies, contributing to investment and development initiatives for the Tr'ondëk Hwëch'in First Nation. Prior experience includes significant roles in communications and marketing at organizations like Rolls-Royce and BSkyB, where Neil managed corporate engagement, internal communications, and sustainability programs. Neil is an alumnus of The University of Sheffield and the University of Kent, with degrees in languages and translation.
