Sophie Kaye

Sophie Kaye is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategy, operations, and program management, currently serving as the Director of Strategy, Operations & Program Management at Adobe since January 2022. Prior to this, Sophie held various leadership roles at Frame.io, including Senior Manager of Strategy & Operations and Chief of Staff. Sophie's involvement with BUILT BY GIRLS as an advisor focuses on empowering high school girls in tech through mentorship and skill development. Additionally, Sophie is a founding member of both the CoS Mastermind Network and Propel, and previously worked at Candid™ as a Senior Manager of Marketing Program Management. Early career experience includes roles at MissionOG and founding the non-profit organization Sophie SoundCheck, dedicated to raising awareness about Noise-Induced Hearing Loss. Sophie graduated from Yale University with a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies.
