Matt Wardell has extensive experience in wholesale operations and customer service at Chubbies Shorts since 2014. Currently serving as Wholesale Sr. Operations Associate, Matt manages order entry, invoicing, and customer inquiries using NetSuite. Previous positions include Wholesale Operations Associate and Wholesale Account Manager, enhancing operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Prior to these roles, Matt contributed as a Senior Customer Service Representative, where responsibilities included customer support and resolving order issues, and as a Production Assistant overseeing material supplies in the trim warehouse.
