Marc Taylor

Marc Taylor has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Most recently, they served as the Director of Finance and Administration at Chief Seattle Club, where they supervised accounting, HR, and IT activities. Prior to that, they were the CFO at Urban League of Metropolitan Seattle, overseeing all accounting activities and managing the accounting staff.

Before that, Marc was the Community Services Director at Seattle Indian Health Board, where they managed various social service departments and conducted community outreach. Marc also served as the Finance Director at United Indians Of All Tribes, overseeing budgeting, payroll, and grant reporting.

Marc has experience in non-profit organizations, having worked as the Operations Director at Potlatch Fund, providing accounting and HR services. Marc also worked as the Finance Director at Lummi Nation, overseeing budgeting and grant reporting for the tribe.

In addition to their work in non-profits, Marc has also worked in the corporate sector. Marc was a Business Analyst at Quantum, optimizing inventory levels in US warehouses. Marc also worked at British Nuclear Fuels as an Internal Consultant, improving organizational structures for nuclear clean-up sites.

Early in their career, Marc gained experience as an intern at IBM, assisting with the installation of a data warehouse. Marc also worked as the Economic Development Director at Lummi Indian Business Council, writing grants and business plans to develop the economy on the Lummi Reservation.

Throughout their career, Marc has demonstrated a strong background in finance, accounting, and administration, as well as a dedication to supporting community organizations and tribal initiatives.

Marc Taylor attended Georgetown University McDonough School of Business from 1996 to 1998, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Prior to that, they studied at the University of Washington from 1988 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry.
