Aliza Cohen Elfers is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations, program management, and team leadership. Currently serving as Manager of Core Operations & Guide Support at Chief since April 2022, Aliza previously held the position of Sr. Program Manager for Learning and Development at Real Chemistry, where significant achievements included expanding the coaching program and enhancing employee satisfaction metrics. Aliza's background includes operational management roles at Techstars and various program management positions at General Assembly, where a robust career readiness program was developed for diverse student populations. Earlier experience includes curatorial assistance at the Fine Arts Museums of San Francisco and support roles in business development and research, showcasing a strong foundation in arts and project management.
