Cecelia Bolden

Cecelia Bolden, MBA, is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations, business development, and customer experience management. Currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at Quiller and a Board Member at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago, Cecelia also holds the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at EC Consultants United, LLC. Previously, Cecelia was the Chief Experience Officer, Chief Delivery Officer, and Chief Development Officer at SDI Presence, overseeing various functions including customer and employee experiences, quality management, and enterprise sales. Past roles also include Principal positions at Whittman-Hart and Oracle. Academic achievements include an Executive MBA from the University of Notre Dame and additional certifications from Villanova University and the University of Chicago.
