Deb Parsons

Deb Parsons serves as Managing Director of Business Development & Client Engagement at ImpactAssets since January 2020, focusing on impact investing and philanthropic giving. In addition, Parsons is a member of Chief and has been a consultant for DJP Consulting since July 2010, specializing in funding and partnership strategies. Previous leadership roles include Chief Development Officer at Playworks, Vice President of Fundraising and Strategic Partnerships at WomanCare Global, and Director at Investors' Circle. Parsons has a strong foundation in operations and investment, having held positions at Good Capital LLC and SJF Ventures. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Sustainable Enterprise and Venture Capital from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BA in Accounting and Marketing from The University of Kansas.
