Gretchen Reed

Gretchen Reed has extensive experience in total rewards and compensation, currently serving as a member at Chief since April 2022 and as VP of Total Rewards at Revlon Inc. since December 2021. Prior to this, Gretchen held the role of VP of Total Rewards at iHeartMedia for a brief period in 2021. From 2014 to 2021, Gretchen progressed through various senior positions at Revlon Inc., including VP of Global Compensation & Benefits and Senior Director of Global Compensation. Earlier career roles include Manager of HR Metrics & Compensation at Foster Wheeler and Senior Compensation Analyst at Watson Pharmaceuticals. Gretchen's career began at Foster Wheeler in 1996 as a Senior Compensation Specialist. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Management from DeSales University and a BSBA in Marketing from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
