Kathy Smith

Kathy Smith currently serves as Vice President and Chief Marketing & Digital Officer at Roper Saint Francis Healthcare since January 2022. In February 2023, Kathy became a member of Chief, a private network dedicated to empowering women executives. Prior to this role, Kathy was Vice President of Marketing & Communications at The Johns Hopkins Hospital from December 2013 to January 2022, and held various positions within Johns Hopkins Medicine, including Senior Director of Strategic Marketing & Outreach and Director of Administration. Kathy's career began at Chandler Chicco Agency as an Account Supervisor from 1996 to 2000. Kathy holds a BA in Journalism and Public Relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Arts in Communication from The Johns Hopkins University.
