Katie Dreiling

Katie Dreiling is an experienced Group Benefits and Worksite Executive with over 20 years of expertise in building sales distribution teams and partnerships. Currently serving as the Head of National Broker and General Agency Partners at Guardian Life, Katie leads a senior-level team and drives significant broker partnership growth. Previously, Katie held leadership roles at Colonial Life and Cigna, where they developed national strategies and managed large accounts. An active member of the Chief network, Katie is committed to empowering women leaders and has a passion for collaboration, inclusion, and wellness. Educated at the University of South Carolina, Katie also served as the Student Body President.
