Katrica Charley

Katrica Charley is a seasoned supply chain leader with extensive experience in various industries. Currently, Katrica serves as a Founding Member of Chief, a private network aimed at advancing women in leadership roles. Previously, as Sr. Director of Supply Chain at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc., Katrica developed operational strategies that significantly optimized supply chain efficiency. Katrica's tenure as Vice President of Supply Chain at Shoe Carnival involved executing major transportation functions and enhancing performance metrics. Prior roles included Global Supply Chain Director at Sherwin-Williams and Director of Supply Chain at Valspar, where achievements included substantial operational cost reductions. Early in Katrica's career, significant contributions were made at Anheuser-Busch, particularly in warehouse management and cost savings initiatives. Katrica holds an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, complemented by executive education at Harvard University focused on women and power.
