Melaine Privitera

Melaine Privitera is the Founder and CEO of Mobius, a women-owned, HUBZone-certified company established in June 2011 that specializes in engineering, analytical, and programmatic solutions for government clients dealing with significant national and global challenges. Under Melaine's leadership, Mobius has garnered a strong reputation for innovative technology solutions, achieving outstanding past performance ratings and multiple industry accolades. Melaine also serves as the Managing Member of Mobius-Parsons Solutions since February 2019 and is a Founding Member of Chief since June 2021. Previous professional experience includes roles as a Project Manager at Dynamics Research Corporation, Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton, Program Analyst at SPARTA, and an intern with The Office of the Speaker of the House in the United States Congress. Melaine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The George Washington University, earned between 2000 and 2004.
