Paula Goudsmit serves as the CEO of High Impact Coaching and Consulting, LLC, since June 2006, focusing on leadership coaching and development to enhance organizational growth through clarity in goals and values. In addition to this role, Paula is involved in multiple positions, including Leadership Development Trainer, Coach, and Consultant at HP Hood LLC, and CHIEF Core Guide at Chief, a network supporting women in leadership. Paula also provides executive coaching and consulting services to several organizations, including BrightView Landscapes, Wolseley Canada Inc., ARAMARK, The Mom Project, RQM+, BAYADA Home Health Care, and The Boston Consulting Group. Paula holds a Master of Science in Organizational Behavior Studies from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts from Assumption University.
