Evelina Cavicchioli is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources with extensive experience in the medical device industry and recruitment consulting. Currently serving as an HQ Talent Acquisition Specialist at Chiesi Group since September 2022, Evelina previously held multiple roles at Nonstop Consulting, including Account Manager and Senior Recruitment Consultant, focused on Sales and Marketing for the Medical Device sector in Italy. Earlier experience includes working as an HR Generalist at Medtronic, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, training, and compliance with employment legislation, as well as a Human Resources Intern at Chiesi Group. Evelina began their career as a Football Coach at s.c Folgore from 2010 to 2017. Evelina holds a Master's degree in human resources and organization from Bologna Business School and a Laurea L in Scienze dell'Educazione e della Formazione from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
