Giorgio Iotti is a seasoned professional in the field of research and development, currently serving as Vice President of R&D Pipeline and Portfolio for Global Rare Diseases at Chiesi Group since July 2011. Iotti's expertise includes managing rare disease projects, having previously held roles as R&D Project Leader in the Rare Disease Unit and New Product Planning Manager within the same organization. Prior to joining Chiesi Group, Iotti was a Post-Doctoral Fellow at IFOM from May 2006 to July 2011 and completed a Ph.D. in Experimental Medicine at Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia from 1997 to 2003.
