Marco Cristiani

Marco Cristiani is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Lead HR Business Partner for Global Rare Diseases at Chiesi Group since December 2021, after previously holding the position of Senior HR Business Partner for Rare Diseases in Europe and Emerging Markets. With a rich background in human resources management at Pirelli from September 2017 to November 2021, Marco contributed as Plant Human Resources Manager and HR Business Partner, overseeing various HR processes at the country level and focusing on recruitment, administration, and people development. Earlier experience includes a role as Junior HR Business Partner at Banca IMI. Marco holds a Master of Science degree in work analysis and management of organizations with a focus on human resources, awarded with honors from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, and a Bachelor's degree in social and organizational science from the same institution. Additional educational experience includes study at UCLA and a diploma from Liceo Scientifico Vittorio Veneto.
