Andrew Brown

Andrew Brown is an experienced professional in maintenance management with a robust background in the mining and processing industry. Currently serving as the Vice General Manager - Maintenance at Chifeng Jilong Gold Mining Co., Ltd. since April 2022, Andrew oversees fixed plant and mobile maintenance, engineering planning, and infrastructure projects. Prior to this role, Andrew held multiple managerial positions at Barrick Gold Corporation, focusing on maintenance planning, engineering support, and execution of significant maintenance services and capital projects. Andrew's career also includes significant roles at MMG Limited, HWE Mining, and BHP, where responsibilities included maintenance improvement, asset management, and reliability enhancements across various mining operations globally. Andrew holds a Master’s degree in Maintenance and Reliability from Monash University and a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from RMIT University.
