Bhaskar Roy

Bhaskar Roy has had a long and varied career in the technology industry. Bhaskar began their career in 1997 as a Software Engineer at Techna International. Bhaskar then moved to Whittman-Hart in 1998 as a Senior Consultant. In 2000, they became a Senior Consultant at MarchFirst. Two years later, they were a Project Lead at Oracle India. In 2004, they were a Business Consultant at Hughes Software Systems and a Consultant at Aricent. In 2007, they were a Senior Business Analyst at Tech Mahindra. In 2008, they became a Program Manager at Connectiva Systems. From 2009 to 2017, they were the Chief Technology Officer at ChikPea Inc, where they released O2B 2.0 with a powerful UBB engine combined with robust PSAlite functionality for over 5 verticals running on Salesforce with specialized financials requirements. Since 2017, they have been the Founder of HexaRide Technologies Pvt Ltd, where they are working on Artificial Intelligence to optimize the rides and fare.

Bhaskar Roy's education history includes graduating with an MBA from Xavier Institute of Management & Entreprenaureship in 2005, a BTech in Civil Engg from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur in 1992, and a 12th from Hijli High School in 1987. Bhaskar also attended R K Mission Vidyalaya, Narendrapur.
