Tatiana M. Day is an experienced professional in donor engagement and development, currently serving as the Director of Donor Engagement at Riley Children's Foundation since October 2020, where the organization raises approximately $50 million annually for pediatric healthcare initiatives. Prior to this role, Tatiana held the position of VP of Partnerships and Development at The MAVEN Project, a health care nonprofit focused on improving access to medical care. Tatiana also served as Chief Membership Officer at Kiwanis International, managing various departments and supporting one of the largest service organizations in the country. Earlier career experiences include a Vice President role at CCS, where strategic consulting was provided to nonprofit organizations, and a Development Associate position at AltaMed Health Services, focused on fundraising events and grant writing for underserved communities. Tatiana M. Day holds a Master's Degree in Social Work and Public Administration from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Butler University, with key skills in grant writing, special events, and program development.

We serve children and youth who have experienced abuse and neglect, and we advocate for racial equity in the child welfare system and in our communities to help build a better future for all children. We fulfill our mission through four key programs: Interrupting Racism for Children, Mediation, Direct Representation, and through the child advocacy expertise of our attorneys.
