Gallina, a former teacher, coach, principal and superintendent is currently vice president of organizational development and community engagement for AultCare.

Gallina earned his bachelor’s degree in elementary education with a concentration in Learning Disabilities from the University of Mount Union and a master’s degree in educational administration from Ashland University.
Gallina has been a C&A board member for the past seven years. He currently sits on the development board and executive committee of the board. In addition to his service at C&A, he sits on the following boards: North Canton YMCA, YMCA of Stark County Endowment Board, Canton Student Loan Foundation, Pro Football Hall of Fame Luncheon Club, Better Business Bureau, Walsh University Advisory Board, Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and the Massillon Chamber of Commerce Legislative Committee.
