Stacey Pancher-Rippey

Care Pathway Program Manager at CHILD AND ADOLESCENT BEHAVIORAL HEALTH

Stacey Pancher-Rippey has worked with at-risk children of all ages for the past 25 years. She began her career with Hamilton County Children Service’s where she worked for five years to fulfill her desire to reach the most vulnerable children. She then began work in the Clinical field providing therapy in the Cincinnati area to at-risk children who had experienced abuse and neglect. In 1998, she continued her work in the Day Treatment Program at C&A, where she continued to fulfill her desire to reach at-risk clients by assisting clients with severe behavioral and emotional needs for 12 years.

Pancher-Rippey has provided supervision for the past 11 years. During this time, she has provided school-based therapy services in Alliance City and Plain Local schools and served as the School-Based Program Manager. Pancher-Rippey is currently serving as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Program Manager to further assist in effecting the quality of treatment to some of the most vulnerable and at- risk populations.

Pancher-Rippey received her bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in sociology at Kent State University. She completed her master’s degree in clinical counseling at the University of Cincinnati.
