Anna Goddard, Ph.D, APRN, CPNP-PC, FAANP has a strong background in executive leadership and primary care medical oversight. Anna is currently the Managing Director of Medical Services & Quality Improvement at Child and Family Agency of SE CT, where they provide direction and oversight for 22 School-Based Health Centers and outpatient primary care clinics. Anna is also responsible for developing and implementing an Office of Performance and Quality Improvement. Anna has also served as a Council Member for the American Academy of Pediatrics and as part of the Coordination Team for the Community Preventative Services Task Force. Additionally, Anna has held roles as a Subject Matter Expert for the School-Based Health Alliance, Expert Faculty for Project ECHO, and Assistant Clinical Professor of Medical Sciences at Quinnipiac University. Anna has also worked as a Capstone Advisor at The George Washington University- Milken Institute School of Public Health and as an Adjunct and Assistant Professor at Sacred Heart University. In their previous role at the School-Based Health Alliance, they served as the Vice President of Quality, Research, & Evaluation and played a key role in various projects and initiatives. Prior to that, Anna held multiple positions at the Child and Family Agency of SE CT, including Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Director of Medical Services & CQI RCCT Chair, and Medical Services Coordinator of the SBHC Program.

Anna Goddard, Ph.D, APRN, CPNP-PC, FAANP, holds an extensive education history. Anna obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology Pre-med from Westminster College (PA) between 1998 and 2002. Following this, they attended Yale University from 2002 to 2003 and received their Registered Nurse (RN) degree in Graduate Entry Prespecialty Nursing. During the same time period, Anna earned their Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree with a specialization in Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from Yale University, which they completed in 2005.

As part of their educational journey, Anna pursued their Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences, Nursing Science - Clinical Research Track from Vanderbilt University. Their doctoral studies took place from 2011 to 2015.

Beyond their formal education, Anna Goddard also holds various additional certifications to enhance their expertise. Anna completed the Trauma-Informed Care Practitioner Certification from The Trauma-Informed Care Training Center in September 2022. In February 2022, they achieved Human Subjects Protection Training from the CITI Program and the Institute for Healthcare Improvement IHI Open School Basic Certificate in Quality and Safety from IHI. Moreover, Anna acquired the CITI Good Clinical Practice Course certification in 2020.
