Katarina Moroch, MPA, is a dedicated professional currently serving as the Program Manager of Performance & Quality Improvement at the Child and Family Agency of SE CT, where responsibilities include managing the Quality Assurance team and developing surveys to assess training outcomes and employee satisfaction. Previous experience includes a role as Program Manager/Research Assistant II with the OEC-UCONN Research Partnership, focusing on enhancing services for children and families, and as a Quality Improvement Analyst for CT DCF, where Katarina developed the Connecticut ChildStat framework.
