Lynn Reichart

Lynn Reichart's work experience includes roles as Senior Director of Early Care and Education at the Child and Family Agency of SE CT since 2019, Early Childhood Services Director at the Child and Family Agency of Southeastern CT from 2014 to 2019, Director of a child care center at Connecticut Childrens Medical Center from 2000 to 2013, Director of Child Care at the Department of Transportation from 1996 to 1999, and Director of Child Care at Bright Horizons Children's Inc from 1989 to 1996. In these roles, they have been responsible for managing child care facilities, supporting staff and site managers, implementing professional development activities, coordinating programs and reports, and advocating for early childhood education.

Lynn Reichart completed an Early Childhood Directors Credential from Charter Oak State College in 2015. Lynn then pursued a Master's degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching at Central Connecticut State University. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Child Study from Colby-Sawyer College. Lynn's education journey began at South Windsor High School.
