Rachel Drake, MSN, RN, MS, RD, CD-N, PNP-BC, currently serves as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner at the Child and Family Agency of SE CT since July 2023 and as a per diem Registered Nurse at the Hospital for Special Care since March 2022, specializing in an inpatient Autism unit for children aged 5-21. Prior experience includes administration support for mobile COVID-19 vaccination clinics and per diem Medical Nutrition Therapy via telehealth at the Community Health Center from September 2018 to July 2023. Rachel has a background in nutrition management and outpatient dietetics, having worked with various medical groups at Yale New Haven Hospital and providing specialized pediatric nutrition services across multiple clinics.
