Dr. Helena Mosely

Dr. Helena Mosely has a comprehensive work experience in the education field. Dr. Helena began their career as the Assistant Superintendent at Lancaster Independent School District in June 2012 and held this role until January 2019. Dr. Helena then joined CROWLEY ISD as the Executive Director of Elementary Leadership in January 2019 and served in this position until August 2021. Currently, they are the Executive Director of Head Start at Child Care Associates, a position they started in August 2021.

Dr. Helena Mosely completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from Cheyney University of Pennsylvania between 1988 and 1990. Following this, they pursued their Master of Science (MS) degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General at Sul Ross State University from 1993 to 1995.
