Joanna Crain is an experienced professional with a diverse background in event management, public relations, and organizational leadership. As Chief of Staff at Child Care Associates since December 2022, Joanna brings extensive expertise from previous roles including Regional Director of Development and Advancement at IDEA Public Schools. Joanna served as CEO of WCT Events, a company that enhances corporate travel and event experiences between China and the global market, and was the President & CEO of Chin-EASE, specializing in travel and meeting management in Beijing. Additional experience includes leadership roles in the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and Commerce, as well as the National Republican Congressional Committee. Joanna holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism & Political Science from Texas Christian University.
