Lariesha Floyd

LaRiesha Floyd, MIOP, is an accomplished Home Visiting Program Manager at the Child Care Resource Center, overseeing a team of over 16 employees and managing the implementation of multiple grants, including First 5 LA and California Home Visitation Program. With experience as a Home Visiting Supervisor and Parent Educator, LaRiesha has a strong background in providing leadership and conducting home visits for high-risk postpartum women. Prior experience at Bank of America involved coaching associates in case management and loan modifications. LaRiesha holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Walden University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ashford University. LaRiesha also completed an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Antelope Valley College and attended Tennessee State University.
