Kim Suminski, MS Ed, has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Kim started their career in 2000 as the Principal Administrator at Notre Dame Academy in the Diocese of Buffalo. In this role, they were responsible for designing academic, enrichment, and athletic programs, as well as establishing partnerships with community stakeholders. In 2016, Kim transitioned to Kaleida Health, where they served as the Manager/Regional Director. During their time there, they managed the Early Children Direction Center at John R. Oishei Children's Hospital and acted as a Navigator for the New Leader Onboarding Program. In 2019, Kim assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer at Child Care Resource Network.
Kim Suminski, MS Ed, has a strong educational background in the field of education. Kim obtained an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Villa Maria College in 1991. Kim further pursued their Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Teaching at Medaille University from 1991 to 1994. Continuing their academic journey, Kim earned a Master of Education - MEd degree in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from Canisius University between 1995 and 1997.
In addition to their degrees, Kim Suminski has obtained several certifications. Kim is a certified School Administrator and Supervisor by the New York State Education Department, which they achieved in July 1997. Kim is also a certified Kindergarten - Grade 6 Teacher since July 1994 and a certified Birth - 2nd Grade Teacher since July 1991, both recognized by the New York State Education Department. These certifications highlight their diverse range of expertise in various educational settings.
