Karen Decarlo

Karen DeCarlo is an accomplished fundraising professional with extensive experience in development and resource management. Currently serving as the Director of Individual and Legacy Giving at Child Crisis Arizona since April 2025, Karen previously held the position of Development Director at A.T. Still University from November 2012 to March 2025. Prior roles include Director of Business Development at the Greater Phoenix Economic Council, Director of Resource Development at March of Dimes, and Manager of Special Events at Phoenix Children's Hospital. Karen possesses a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Northern Arizona University, obtained in May 1996.
