Erika Brown

Erika Brown is an experienced administrative professional with a background in calendar management, travel arrangements, and event coordination. Currently serving as the Director's Assistant at Child Development Associates since February 2019, Erika effectively manages the complex schedules of the Director of Human Resources and the President & CEO. Prior experience includes working as an Administrative Assistant at Starwood Retail Partners, where Erika supported executive leaders with calendar management and meeting coordination, and as a Marketing Intern, where Erika contributed to event planning and communications. Erika holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Marketing from California State University San Marcos.
