Norma Hernandez

Norma Hernandez has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Norma started their career at Child Development Associates in 1991 as an Administrative Assistant and later became an Administrative Manager. In 1997, they transitioned into the role of Human Resources Manager. Since 2010, Norma has been serving as the Director of Operations and Organizational Development at CDA.

In addition to their work at CDA, Norma has also been involved with the ATD San Diego Chapter. Norma served as the ATD Board Secretary from December 2017 to January 2020 and then became the ATD Board CFO until September 2021.
