Jennifer Sweeney is an experienced educator and program manager with a robust background in early childhood development and education. Currently serving as Lead Teacher at the Child Development Council of Franklin County since June 2020, responsibilities include creating lesson plans and collaborating with specialists. Previous roles include Teacher at Rachel Wixey & Associates, where classroom management and lesson plan implementation were key, and Early Childhood Services Program Manager at Alum Rock Counseling Center, overseeing home visitation services. Jennifer also served as Program Manager for STEM initiatives at the Silicon Valley Education Foundation, where relationships with school districts were essential, and managed various aspects of pre-K readiness grants. Jennifer holds an Associate of Applied Science in Early Child Development and Education from Columbus State Community College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from Hanover College.
