Natalie Riggs

Natalie Riggs has extensive experience in early childhood education and program management. Since November 2014, Natalie has served as the Center Coordinator for the Child Development Council of Franklin County, overseeing education staff and ensuring compliance with state regulations and Head Start Performance Standards. Prior to this role, Natalie was with Knowledge Universe from 2004 to 2014, where positions included Assistant Center Director, Center Director, and Quality Team Leader, focusing on operational leadership, mentorship, and accreditation support for early childhood programs. Natalie's career began as a Prekindergarten Teacher and staff trainer at Early Steps Learning Center. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Sciences/ Child and Youth Development from Kent State University.
