Child Development Institute
Elliott Allen is an experienced professional in child and youth care with a focus on therapeutic mentorship and support for neurodivergent youth. Currently serving as an Intensive Community and Home Service Worker at the Child Development Institute and as a Child and Youth Worker at The Tumpence Academy, Elliott has developed innovative approaches to foster social skills and critical thinking in children and adolescents. Elliott also has a background in public speaking, sharing personal mental health experiences to reduce stigma, and has facilitated groups promoting social engagement for neurodivergent children. Additional roles include Youth Coordinator at Trinity-St. Paul's United Church and a student internship at Covenant House Toronto. Elliott holds an Accelerated Diploma in Child and Youth Care from Humber College.

Child Development Institute (CDI), an accredited children’s mental health agency in Toronto, is a groundbreaker in developing innovative programming. They offer evidence-based programs for children ages 0-12 and youth ages 13-18, and their families across four streams: Early Intervention Services, Family Violence Services, the Integra Program and Healthy Child Development.
