Pakizah Kozak

Pakizah Kozak has extensive experience in leadership roles within the healthcare sector, serving as Chief Information Officer at both Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital and the Town of Richmond Hill. In previous positions, Pakizah held the role of Director of Enterprise Information Management at The Hospital for Sick Children and Director of Clinical Information System at CAMH. Currently, Pakizah is a member of the Board of Directors at the Child Development Institute. Educational background includes an Hons B.Sc. in Biochemistry from McMaster University and further education at the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University.
